Nexo Updater is an application developed by Nexwell Engineering for updating firmware in Nexo devices.
It allows system users or service technicians to independently upload the latest software to system components.
NOTE – Firmware Updates for Nexo X1 and X2
Due to the introduction of a new generation of firmware designed for X3 and X4 mainboards, updating units from previous generations — X1 and X2 — first requires contacting our technical support team to determine the correct firmware replacement procedure.

Communication with the Nexo system is established using a USB/RS485 converter that emulates a serial port on the computer and connects to the communication interface between the Nexo Mainboard and the LCD Panel.

Upon launch, the application connects to the Nexwell server and downloads the latest firmware for the devices, ensuring the user always has access to the most recent versions.
The update process is automatic — the user’s task is simply to connect to the system and select which devices to update.
