OC Card

The expansion card of the Nexo system in which 8 transistor outputs of the open collector type are provided. In addition to potential-free control, it allows to control devices with operating voltage up to 24V and load up to 300mA.

IN THE SERVICE OF SECURITY


A requirement that practically every company providing property protection services to homeowners is the installation of a control panel that will notify the monitoring station of a threat to the facility. This device should be directly connected to the alarm system, which in certain situations will notify it by impulse, about a specific threat. Due to the capabilities and the favorable ratio of functions to price, the OC card outputs are most often used for this purpose.

GATE CONTROL.


Most garage door and entrance gate controllers are equipped with potential-free inputs dedicated to integration with external control systems. Thanks to this solution, Nexo is able to control them at any time, based on any automation program from any keypad.

RADIO ROLLERS


We are often asked about the integration of roller shutters equipped only with radio control. Some roller shutter manufacturers have anticipated such an eventuality and offer additional devices, mediating between radio and cable signals. These so-called gateways, are most often equipped with potential-free inputs, where the signal given from the OC card is interpreted and the appropriate command is sent via radio to a specific roller shutter or group of them.

MECHANICAL VENTILATION


And in this case, a large number of recuperator models are equipped with inputs, allowing the use of an OC card. Taking control of the Nexo will allow the implementation of various automation programs, such as automatically increasing the power of the unit for the time of using the bathroom or a party with friends.

Nexo switchboard


To make it easier for the installer to install the modules in the switchboard, each of them is equipped with appropriate plugs, allowing the control wires to be connected outside the module, and then plugging the finished harness into the appropriate socket. This form of operation ensures the quality of connections and reliability of module operation for years. An additional convenience is a bus bar that provides digital communication between devices. Thanks to its use, the commissioning of modules is fast and the connection of communication lines is durable and reliable. The whole connection is also aesthetically pleasing and clear to any engineer.
